We travel all over the Shoalhaven. There may be a small delivery fee depending on your location and the distance you are from our headquarters in Vincentia.

Yes. A $100 deposit is required to secure your preferred party date. We do not hold dates without a deposit. This deposit is refundable if you decide to cancel prior to 14 days of your booking.

Full payment must be paid and cleared in our account 2 weeks prior to your party date.

Yes! When we have availability with our stock we are happy to mix and match if you cant decide on the 1 theme. We are very accommodating and will work with you to make sure your little ones love their setups!

Our equipment is intended for children over the age of 5 and below the age of 18.

Our usual setup and pack down times are between 9am -12pm. On occasions when we are booked out we may need to arrive earlier or later. These times will be confirmed with you in the days leading up to your booking.

We can set up our indoor Teepees in any weather however our Bell Tent will not be setup if the weather is horrible due to moisture and mud! We understand that this may be disappointing and will endeavour to provide an indoor setup instead or if you want to reschedule to a later date that can also be arranged. The weather is so unpredictable and if it does rain at the time the tent is being hired and in your care, we just ask that any non weather proof items be moved out of the weather eg. rugs, buntings, vases. We can not pack down the tent if it is wet so arrangements may need to be made for us to pack it down when it is completely dry.
